Premiere Communications, Inc. handles cross connects and extends D-marks at a rate of $85 an hour. Call Premiere Customer Service at 800-201-0000 or email service@netpremiere.com to schedule this service by our trained technicians. Scheduling will require site address AND billing address, contact name, and contact telephone. Premiere also provides phone and data cabling, phone system programing, and phone system repairs. To obtain Market Exchange Lines for your customer:
1. Download and fill out the following Forms: Premiere Application, WCI- LOA, EnterprisePCS LOA
2. Email the signed forms to service@netpremiere.com or fax to 800-488-2287
3. Plan AHEAD! Market Exchange Lines will take 20-35 business days to complete!
Please Note: As a measure of insurance, you should recommend that the customer put “variable call forwarding” on each of the lines they are wanting to port until the port is successful. It is approximately $12 per line and ensures that if anything goes wrong with the port at first, we can hard forward the number to their new Comcast number until the port is 100% successful. Additionally, we do not recommend using this product on fax lines. Sometimes it works fine, but other times it does not work at all. It does not cost the customer anything to try but we just can not guarrantee the lines to be used by a fax.
Toll Free Number Service
- 4.9 cents a minute
- $1.00 per month service fee per toll free number
- Billed every 6 seconds – not round to the next minute
- No contract – month to month agreement
- No set up fee
To obtain service for a Toll free number:
1. Download the following forms: Premiere Application, WCI- LOA, WCI RESPORG
2. Obtain a copy of the current bill who services the toll free number showing the account number, the toll free number, and the name on the account.
3. Email all forms PLUS the bill copy to service@netpremiere.com or fax to 800-488-2287
4. Plan ahead! Toll free transfers are dependent upon the losing carrier’s decision to release. This process is typically 3-5 business days.
