Transferring a Call

When transferring a call, you can hang up and when the person picks up the phone they are immediately connected. If you wait and announce the call, the caller is connected when you hang up. TRANSFER-Using DSS Button TRANSFER-Using TRANSFER button While having a conversation.

• Press the DSS key for the person
• The caller is automatically placed on hold.
• Wait for an answer and announce the call or hang up
• Hang up. The call is transferred.
