System Speed Dial Programming

Step 1. Programming the System Speed Dial Number

1. Access System Programming Mode
2. Press Program * # 1234
3. Press 001
4. Press Enter
5. Type in Speed Dial Location Number (number between 000-999)
6. Type 9, then area code and phone number of the number you are storing
7. Press Enter

Step 2. Programming the System Speed Dial Name

1. Access System Programming Mode
2. Press Program * # 1234
3. Press 002
4. Press Enter
5. Enter Speed Dial Location you are now giving a name. (number between 000-999)
6. Type the name using the keypad
   • Find the letter you need and tap the corresponding number until you reach the correct letter. To type the same letter twice use the arrow key to move one space over and tap the same number key.
7. Press Enter
