Maintenance Program

To qualify for Premier’s Phone System Maintenance Program:

• You must have purchased a Panasonic TDA, TDE, or NCP system from Premier Communications.
• You must have a UPS (un-interruptible power source) purchased through Premier Communications. (approximate cost $150.00)

The Maintenance Program includes:

• Free troubleshooting diagnostic visits
• Free repair or replacement of any Panasonic component that breaks on the phone system, Panasonic voice mail system, and/or Panasonic phone sets including parts and labor
• 25 year warranty on all certified cabling that is installed by Premier Communications
• Free phone system software version upgrades

This does NOT cover:

• Add, moves, or changes to programming
• Customer abuse of equipment
• Customer caused programming errors
• Acts of God or man-made disaster

The cost of the Premier Maintenance Program for your telephone system is $2.00 per port, per month (minimum charge of $49.00 per month) The maintenance agreement expires 7 years from the original date of purchase.
